Refund policy

All Sales Are Final.

Due to the nature of luxury resale, all items sold by The Haute Corner are considered final sale and non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • If the item you received is not as described (wrong item, undisclosed major damage), please contact us at thehautecornerllc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns based on fit, buyer’s remorse, or minor wear consistent with pre-owned items.

Store Credit Option:

In rare cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion if an issue arises and is reported promptly.

Authentication Guarantee:

We stand by the authenticity of every item we sell. If you receive an item you believe is counterfeit, you must notify us within 3 days and submit third-party authentication documentation to be reviewed.
